THE PRE-LAUNCH REVIEW · FOR STARTUPS
Before the pilot, the tender or the round.
A short, fixed-scope assessment of your AI product, before a buyer, a tender committee or an investor asks the hard questions.
The questions you will be asked
THE BUYER
Where does our data go, who else touches it, and what does your AI do with it?
THE TENDER COMMITTEE
Where is it hosted, who can access it, and which rules do you answer to?
THE INVESTOR
Do you really know what your AI does and where it stops being reliable, and who answers if it fails?
THE PARTNER
Can you show where your data came from, and that you may use it the way you do?

what is missing, in order
Two weeks, about 6 hours of your team's time.
What we read
The legal obligations that apply to an AI vendor, the rights behind its data, plus the quality checks buyers ask for. Sector modules for finance, health (including clinical data), public sector, research and subcontracting when they apply.
What you hand over
The list of what is missing, in order. And a two-page summary you can give to the buyer, the tender committee or the investor.
Why it fits a startup
Weeks, not months
fixed scope and price, a defined start and a defined end
The experts you met do the work
from the first call to the debrief, with no hand-offs
Law and technology in one team
one conversation covers the legal duty and the technical evidence
AI only

FAQ
No. It is an assessment of the evidence behind your AI. It is not a certification or an accreditation, and it binds no authority.
We examine the documents, technical records and live demonstrations you provide. Where a check has to run on your data, we define it and it runs in your environment, either by your team with us watching or by us in a session you attend. We assess the outputs. Sensitive evidence never leaves your environment.
Sensitive evidence is shown on screen and never leaves your environment.
Saudi Arabia and the European Union. Our control library covers the Saudi regime — PDPL, SDAIA and NCA, with sector rules where they apply — and the EU AI Act. Where a system falls under both, each obligation is scored against its own text rather than merged into a single rating. Other jurisdictions are added with local partners.
Each obligation is read from the text by a Paris Bar–qualified specialist in technology and data law, who then judges the evidence against it. The assessment is not a formal legal opinion and does not replace one: for an opinion under Saudi law, we work alongside locally licensed counsel, so you keep a single point of contact.
The price is fixed and agreed in writing before any work begins. Write to us for a quotation.
No. SDAIA's AI ethics badges are voluntary and are awarded by SDAIA alone, on your own application. We can help you prepare for the self-assessment that comes with it; that is a separate service, on quotation. An assessment from us is not a certification.
